Both savoury and sweet pieces are crafted in tune with the seasons and designed to be enjoyed standing, with balance and delicacy.

The experience unfolds as a sensory journey exploring grape varieties, terroirs and artisanal know-how. Each selection is tailored to your preferences and the atmosphere you wish to create, offering an experience that is accessible, refined and meant to be shared.
To enrich the experience, a pairing option can be included: small savory and sweet creations designed to complement the wines.
An elegant and welcoming interlude, to be enjoyed at your own pace, with friends, family or for a special occasion.

The Garden Menu was created for those occasions where sharing is what truly matters.
While seasonal bites open the experience, the paella is cooked live in front of your guests, making its preparation an integral part of the occasion.
Each paella is cooked on site, using seasonal ingredients and prepared with care, so it is served at the perfect moment. Honest, generous cuisine full of flavour, designed to bring everyone together around the same dish.
More than a meal, it is a moment to slow down and enjoy each other’s company: conversations flow, glasses of wine are poured, guests gather around the cooking, and everyone shares the anticipation until the paella is ready.
A relaxed yet elegant experience, perfect for family celebrations, gatherings with friends or events where the garden becomes the true setting.
